It all started when I placed this boxed can of sardines on a windowsill.
I liked the design and I liked the light, so I took a picture. And then I wondered what it would like if I treated it with an oil paint filter in what we call the digital darkroom. I liked the result. I am now in the middle of a multi-month project to turn ordinary objects and scenes into art.
I believe if I print them in a large format they will be especially intriguing.
